One star is far too generous. Dr. Sherman Don was beyond unprofessional and rude. When we mistakenly arrived at the wrong location (insurance companies apparently don’t have his correct address listed), he responded with anger, YELLING at me over the phone instead of calmly directing us to the correct office, which was only across the street. His reaction was not only uncalled for but also highly inappropriate, and I decided to cancel the appointment and seek medical care elsewhere. It was clear he would be far from helpful.... read more
