Jonathan and William came over to review the repairs to the cabinet under my kitchen sink on Friday August 21, 2026. They determined what had to be done and scheduled to begin work on Monday August 24, 2026. Jonathan promptly arrived at my condo around 9:00 AM on Monday August 24, 2026 and it took him around four hours to complete the work. He did a great job and cleaned the kitchen thoroughly before he left the premises. Maria was very excellent to deal with. Very courteous, professional, but most importantly kind and understanding. I was very pleased with her ability to help resolve my issue in a timely manner. Great customer service!
William went above and beyond, left everything nice and clean!
Still finding tons of fixes from a mucked up acc request from bad communication on Trestles’s behalf. Which is costing us at least $15k+ for the fixes not including mental hardship when having to fix this muck mess. If this thing begins to add up to a sizable amt we will consider additional steps. This issue has been going on well over a year now due to the slowness of our hoa. Out new management company is more responsive abd better adept at understanding basic ccrs.
Such a useless property management company - wouldn’t recommend. If you call in, someone abroad answers the calls and says they will call you back or reach out and never do. When paying almost $1000 for dues you would expect good customer service but this company is truly terrible.
