Got a referral from my doc here. When they reached out the phone rang for 6 seconds and no one left a voicemail. Not gonna give my money to or trust any diagnosis of a place that puts that little effort into care.
Over a course of two years they have continually dropped the ball in my health care. The company has gone from over 50 employees to under five people total. It takes call after call, and ridiculously long periods of time to get a response. NO ONE ever answers the phone. I’ve had to leave and pay out of pocket for healthcare services because they can’t get their stuff together. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Couples counseling was amazing, I highly recommend it.
