Les Sherman was recommended to me by my handyman, "Mike of All Trades" Godwin in Georgetown, TX. I used Les for the sale of a commercial property, and recently for the purchase of a piece of land. Les knows his stuff, and truly keeps the client in mind. When I thought I found the right spot, he showed me another one that worked much better and for half the price. It cost him money, but it was in my best interest and that is what is important to him.
