Very rushed after waiting in excess of an hour to see her, then seemed to not care. Would not go back. Do not recommend her.

I would highly recommend Dr. Sherman. From the first time that I met her, I knew she was the perfect surgeon for me. Audrey and Dana were excellent in their follow up care. The whole staff is exceptionally friendly and create a professional atmosphere. I am more than pleased with my results. Would rate this whole experience as 10+!! Judy

My recent surgery with Dr. Sherman was a wonderful experience. I loved her energy and enthusiasm. She patiently answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns prior to and after surgery. I had an accident two weeks before my surgery when I was out of town. She and her nurse spent several hours on the phone with me and the plastic surgeon who helped me in this emergency situation. I look forward to working with her and my care team in her office as my recovery continues. I recommend Dr. Sherman without reservations.

Dr Sherman is a consummate professional. She’s high energy and fun. You can typically tell the personality and professionalism of a doctor by those who represent them in their office, from the person answering the phones to make your appt., to the person you pay when you leave. Everyone I encountered was kind and welcoming. Dr Sherman and her staff patiently answered all of my questions and told me to call back if I had more questions. Had an eyelid surgery last Friday and I am so glad that I had it done. Dr. Sherman was great before my surgery and the staff who attended me.

Went in hoping to schedule a surgery to get my right eyelid ptosis repaired, but instead was treated like I was in a therapy session. Dr. Sherman made me feel like crap for not liking the appearance of my eyelid. She told me “You need to accept that life is not perfect.“ and that “We all have flaws we want to change.”. So condescending and pretty hypocritical coming from someone who has obviously had face work done. She spoke to me like I was 10 years old and like I hadn’t thought this procedure through. Dr Sherman evaluated me and performed surgery on my eyelids which were interfering with my vision. She had a wonderful bedside manner. She explained everything and was very caring to me and my wife. The surgery was a success and I am now able to read and see without looking through my lashs. I would be happy to recommend her and her wonderful staff to anyone.

Dr Sherman and her staff are wonderful. Very caring and thorough. She explained the procedure carefully , and was happy to answer my questions. Dana ,her Nurse, was also excellent. I was anxious about the procedure but felt very confident I am very pleased with the results. I followed their suggestions on pre operative and post operative care and was so pleased. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!
