My experience with Dr. Sherman and her entire staff was exceptionally courteous and professional. 'I underwent a blepharoplasty and ptosis repair with Dr. Sherman and her team, from the initial consultation and detailed procedure explanation to the day of surgery, everyone was amazing. From beginning to end - her staff, Dr. Sherman personally, the entire experience was beyond my expectations. Nothing promised was not delivered and she managed my expectations for the procedure following MOH's surgery elsewhere. They answered questions, helped get my insurance questions addressed, scheduled the procedure to fit my schedule and followed up promptly on questions and concerns. She and her nurse were extremely rude, I wasn’t impressed went to a plastic surgeon
The office staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Sherman has an unmatched expertise in her field. She operated on my upper and lower eyelids. People tell me all the time they thought I was in my fifties, but I am in my seventies. Her work made all the difference.
I was very pleased with my decision and results from Dr. SHERMAN. Not sure why anyone wouldn't not give her a 5 star review. She went above and beyond what I expected. I can see so much better since the eyelid and endobrow surgery. She is truly the BEST!
I absolutely do NOT recommend Deborah Sherman. Rude, no time for her patients. She did not help my family member at all. Went to another doctor after several months of treatment from Sherman with excellent results from the new doctor. Save your valuable time… do not go to Sherman.
I was recommended to Dr. Sherman from my ophthalmologist.Elaine at the desk greeted me and was super nice.Samantha interviewed me and assisted all my needs. She was also very supportive and knowledgeable of the surgery to be performed.Dr. Sherman performed the surgery with remarkable results. I now can read, and when I wake up in the morning can see so much better.I got outstanding results from my eyelid surgery.Dr. Sherman did a wonderful job. Could not be happier.
