Yesterday the gentleman was so friendly and polite, it wasn't awkward with only just us discussing and filling out paperwork in a quiet building. Avoid Sherlock Self Storage at all costs! They double locked my locker for no reason. I have proof of on time payment! I needed materials from the locker for a business meeting this morning. I was told they they put a lien lock on the wrong locker. I had to wait until 9am for an employee to arrive and remove the lock. If you’re a current Sherlock Self Storage customer, be sure to bring a bolt cutter.
