Theresa is very friendly, and the units are nice.
I found mold on multiple items after storing my things here over the wet winter. Neither the insurance I paid for through the facility nor the facility itself was willing to work with me on any kind of compensation for damaged items.

Management conveniently 'loses' proof of insurance, sends demand letter, and buried in that is the promise to bill an extra $144/yr for their insurance.
