Merry was very helpful showing us the available units and answering all our questions. She was very reassuring, helping put us at ease during a very stressful time (moving, transition to a smaller property). Thank you Merry, for providing great customer service.

I can't recommend Sherlock enough - Theresa has been an incredible point of contact for me, which means a lot since I'm often out of town for significant stretches of time... and knowing that there's someone I can call for help if there's any issues is a huge weight off my shoulders.
