Don't ever buy a Sherlock home if it was built within the last 20 years. Older ones are fine because he had a reputation to build. He now is an established well known builder so he has learnt how to cut corners and make everything as cheap as possible. After a few years your home will have cracks in the ceiling and walls. Windows will be all warped and door sidings will be peeling off. When you contact him about it he will always be out of the Country until the warranty is expired
