Deserves much more than 5 stars! Doug was super friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me different options and information about my GPU. He is reasonably priced and is my go to computer repair guy from now on! 👏🏻
And what was needed and very helpful
Admittedly I am not a techy by any means. My laptop was extremely sluggish so I called Doug at Sherlock. Took it over on a Sunday afternoon and by Monday morning had it back running better than new! Doug even put in a new piece of hardware and wouldn't charge additional! I HIGHLY recommend him and he'll be my go to guy going forward as there is nobody that could beat him!
Great guy very knowledgeable and affordable truly appreciate his help
Had an issue with a gaming rig that I couldn’t seem to get figured out myself. Called Doug on a Sunday, dropped off the tower and he had it fixed and ready to go in 2 hours! Outstanding service and excellent rates. Thanks!!
