Had an issue with a gaming rig that I couldn’t seem to get figured out myself. Called Doug on a Sunday, dropped off the tower and he had it fixed and ready to go in 2 hours! Outstanding service and excellent rates. Thanks!!
I loved their professional updates and their 9am-9pm hours really helps! I dropped my computer off and in about an hour, was called back with a full update and options, including new and used components, which can help some with a smaller budget. Although I did not use the service, Sherlock Computer Repair has pickup and delivery services as well. Price for my fix was quoted and never changed, you have to respect a business with excellent values! Would use again, would not even need to think on it.
Bought a pre-built gaming pc and have been having problems with it. I'm so happy I went to Sherlock over any storefront or using the warranty. He had it done it 2 days what I had worked on for over a week. Recommended to everyone! Thanks Sherlock!
