Admittedly I am not a techy by any means. My laptop was extremely sluggish so I called Doug at Sherlock. Took it over on a Sunday afternoon and by Monday morning had it back running better than new! Doug even put in a new piece of hardware and wouldn't charge additional! I HIGHLY recommend him and he'll be my go to guy going forward as there is nobody that could beat him!

Had an issue with a gaming rig that I couldn’t seem to get figured out myself. Called Doug on a Sunday, dropped off the tower and he had it fixed and ready to go in 2 hours! Outstanding service and excellent rates. Thanks!!

I loved their professional updates and their 9am-9pm hours really helps! I dropped my computer off and in about an hour, was called back with a full update and options, including new and used components, which can help some with a smaller budget. Although I did not use the service, Sherlock Computer Repair has pickup and delivery services as well. Price for my fix was quoted and never changed, you have to respect a business with excellent values! Would use again, would not even need to think on it.
