She is an efficient, knowledgeable, excellent lawyer and considering the location, very reasonable fees. I have dealt with her for over 10 years and I am more that satisfied. Hope she returns soon.
Has anyone heard from her office? My family is aware of her unfortunate passing, trying to get needed paperwork from the office and after multiple calls and even trying to visit in person we haven’t successfully spoken with anyone.
We got started on our grandparents’ estate very late — VERY late. But since my uncle retained Ms. Marks, I can see in the court docket that the estate is progressing along nicely. I so appreciate her help in this matter! We needed a guiding hand and we have gotten it so far. Thanks so much.

Sherilynne Marks accepted money under the table from Angela Smith Located in Riviera Beach Florida to change or delete the beneficiaries section of the amended trust documents. She has been reported to the Florida bar and I will continue to fight with lawyers to get her removed from practicing law. She doesn’t understand how much this hurt our family.
