We had purchased two absolutely gorgeous oriental rugs from Sherif’s about 20 years ago & have been very happy with them. However, I contacted them recently asking if they could recommend someone to professionally clean our 9 x 13 rug. Mr Sherif said they could do it. I texted pictures of the rug & the spot that needed special attention asking for what the cost would be & never heard from him again after calling & texting asking for follow up.
