Waited in line last night over 20 minutes for a chocolate shake and a smoothie. There was one car in front of us that had a fairly large order, but it looked like all the other cars had 2 or 3 things. Not sure what the issue is, but definitely should be looked into. doubt we will be back
Never seen your dinning area so poorly maintained. Had to ask for a washcloth to clean our own table and got attitude from girl at register. Trash all over floor. Really disappointed.
Went tonight at 9:55 girl came on speaker for my order and when I tried to order a burger she said the kitchen was closed. Had to wait in line to leave and stopped at the window and talked to Megan she said they closed at 10:00. Poor customer service they are supposed to serve the entire menu until they close.
They were busy. Teens in the kitchen seemed overwhelmed. My concrete suffered. I ordered Brownie Salted Caramel. No caramel, no sea salt, and brown specks with no flavor for the brownie. Very disappointed.
My husband may not answer questions correctly about some of my favorite things, but he definitely knows I love Sheridan's! Best frozen custard ever!
NOM NOM NOM. One lonely day i was driving down the Fe, When there it was! Sheridan's Frozen Custard, the store itself actually screams of America and its delicious frozen custard. So i decided to stop and get some. One bite of my Carmel pretzel crunch....I instantly felt myself myself get stronger (All of my max weights in the gym went up 45lbs since this day). At that moment my prius turned into a 3500 lifted Chevy Silverado and.....well we continue d down the Fe. A little less lonely though. Excellent Custard.
I sat in their drive thru for 15 minutes tonight only to have them turn the lights off as I pulled up to place our order. Nobody said, sorry we are closed, just silence. Because I had several cars behind me, I was stuck having to wait in a line. The lady at the window didn't even have the courtesy to apologize, just made a slitting of the throat gesture as she locked the drivethru window. Very disappointed in the poor customer service!
OMG My mouth salivates just walking into Sheridan's... the bugers, fries (oh my) and there's always room for CONCRETEs extraordinaire!!! Chocolate is my fave and I add the crunchy goodness of almonds. ooooweee... Decadent but so heavenly!
Setting here now in all the filth. Floor is covered in food. Tables are sticky and nasty. The counter help has no personality or people skills. This place has gone to hell.
