My wife and I had the steak burgers and fries loved the food. Always had concretes here first time eating food here. Great food good people will be back for sure!
Before we moved here, Sheridan's was the first stop we made whenever we visited...every year around the 4th of July for 23 years. I'm so glad to live here now so we can enjoy Sheridans on a regular basis!!
Food is good, but 20 minutes to get a burger chicken sandwich and 2 orders of chicken strips with fries in a very uncrowded restaurant with plenty of help seems ridiculous.
I am not sure where the smiles or service were at when my wife and I got to your establishment, but they were no there for us. I rarely saw an employee's face resemble anything other than a scowl or a look of irritation. Then upon receiving my "concrete" I was now getting angry. My concrete was a runny mess and was cover with the contents, with no attempt to wipe the outside off. After today, I may never come back to your establishment. Your business needs some serious retraining of employees AND management.

I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes tonight. It was busy and I totally get everyone wants Sheridans on a nice Friday night. That's not the issue. I waited for 12 minutes for them to give me a strawberry shortcake with a raw shortcake/biscuit. It was the consistency of raw cookie dough. I drove off but then turned back around to go inside and ask for anther one. The manager said the biscuits still had 30 minutes to cook in the oven so why in the world did they serve me a raw shortcake??? It would have been better i... read more
Terrible experience, you'll pay a lot of money to watch the cooks touching their faces, wiping hair out of the way, and messing with their hats to then make your food with the same gloves on, and then receive melted ice cream, not worth the 30$ for this "gourmet food". You get better service at McDonald's down the street and will save your money.

This isn't about the quality. The product is good. My issue is the service. I've gone to this place for years and the wait times are awful and the staff seems to be lacking any motivation or direction. I was recently the 2nd car in line (it wasn't busy) and waited 28 minutes for a concrete and when they gave it to me it wasn't what I ordered. They then made what I wanted but missed there too.
