Management, you sent out a communication several months ago about residents leaving furniture and bulk items around the trash dumpsters. Stated that this can become a safety hazard. YOUR maintenance team is leaving appliances and trash all around our trash dumpsters making the property for those who live here look trashy. Your communication to the residents should apply to your employees as well.
