‼️‼️I would not recommend moving here if you don’t have a washer or dryer, this is the public laundry room they provide us with. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable, all 4 washers are broken, and one of the dryers don’t work. How are people supposed to do there laundry if the machines don’t work ? Bad Communication, elevator always broken, and there drug smells that always are coming from different apartments into our apartments and managements not doing anything about it all except giving us lip service. It seems are health doesn't matter to them and we have disabilities they just don't care. I highly recommend not living here or anyone else thinking about it also nothing gets done by management.
I wouldn’t even give this place a one star. Took forever to receive maintenance on a sink that was draining water consistently and help to replace the washing machine, the washing machine took two months to repair until one nice man fixed it. We have an infant child and manage to keep the place clean. Saw one to two roaches in the bathroom the entire time we have stayed here. Haven’t seen any since.
Management and maintenance are superb
Lived at Sheridan Springs starting on my 2nd year. Everything is great and office very reactive and helps. Quiet and clean love it here
