Water is CONSTANTLY being shut off by the office.
Less than one star here. Management is ridiculous and non responsive on all matters for a happy living here. And I am serious!
The office ladies, Liz and Brenda are friendly and responsive. The application process was quick and easy. When moving in, the unit was clean and move-in ready with appliances in good working condition. The water pressure is very good, and have always had hot water. There is an elevator so I don't have to take the stairs. The air conditioning works well in our unit keeping us cool during these hot summer days. Avoid this place. In my experience, management is rude and tries to take advantage. They keep pushing for referrals, but maintenance is awful, dirty common areas, lots of flies, stagnant water, and a trash smell across much of the property. There are frequent water shutoffs, and the apartments are old and poorly maintained. Do yourself a favor and don’t rent here; there are better options at better prices.
I've lived at Sheridan Springs for 1+ year. I love it here Liz and Brenda are awesome and the maintenance is great too. I would recommend 10/10
