ROACH INFESTED. Do NOT move here. Trust me. They also never sent my deposit back because of false claims they made and they sent it to collection without ever giving me a heads up that I owed them money. Also the ladies up front never last cause they get so tired of people complaining about EVERYTHING. Worst experience in apartment living so far and it’s on the nice side of town. I don’t get it. Also why they had changed their name.
Turnaround time for application to move in was very fast due to a promotion during the month of October. I appreciated the staff's frequent communication to help me get moved in. Office staff are attentive and very nice! Maintenance staff are equally friendly and turn around time is swift. It's nice and quiet with good ambience. The pond / fountains / ducks in the middle of the complex are very nice. Office staff / maintenance are very friendly. Repairs are prompt. Nothing really to complain about at this time.
This apartment complex is amazing. I love the atmosphere outside the apartments. The apartments are nice as well but outside the apartments are streams that windy throughout the property. This brings lots of ducks which I feed and really enjoy. Makes it very beautiful. Maintenance is always prompt and ready if there to be an issue and it is always resolved quickly. I don't ever plan on leaving this place. The office girls are amazing. Always happy to help us.
Sheridan Springs has the best management with Liz and Brenda. Communication is phenomenal, and so is their daily customer service. I have been upset a couple of times, and they immediately treated me like an honored guest and took care of my situations. The grounds are GORGEOUS. Maintenance works very, very hard, and fast. I've never experienced this before anywhere, so I'm taking my time to come publicly and brag! Mention me when you go to apply!!! 🩷🩷🩷
This place is a great location. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Maintenance is efficient with their work when needed and the renovations that they are doing to the property look better and better every day.
