Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child likes them Was this pediatrician friendly? Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? Yes, they had a "sick" and "well" area Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician? Yes, they are respected

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes
