We were extremely disappointed in our experience with Sheridan Motor. They did not communicate with us at all unless we called them. The people at the service desk were rude and unprofessional with the exception of 1 person. When our car was finished they never called us. When my husband picked up our car we had a charge for gasoline. My husband had to continuously call and ask the status of our van. If he had not called we would not have gotten our vehicle before they closed Saturday. The customer service is sorely lacking ... read more
I'm hoping the mechanic did a better job than the front desk. The customer service is poor, the price seemed on the high side, and they committed to call me 4 different times and failed to call me at all 3 times and failed to call me at the number I asked them to once. I talked with one person that seemed to care about me and my situation. I'm here on vacation and trying to get back home. I won't be using Sheridan Motors again.

Really don't have anything nice to say, broke down on vacation here last year. So had to buy a new truck. They told us they would install our 5th wheel hitch from our other truck because we also had our camper. But after finishing paper work on truck, they snickered about how we would also have to buy a new 5th wheel hitch because ours would not fit..... so nice of them... they would not work with us on our dodge friends and family discount or my employer discount program from home.
