Never again, I took my 2007 Ram 2500 into Sheridan Motors some years back, as the steering column had play in it. After several trips to them, they finally admitted that there was a problem. The repaired it under warranty. A few months later it was worse, of course now the warranty was up. Took it to Lithia in Billings, they fixed it at no cost, Sheridan Motors had put the wrong part in.
