I brought my four-wheeler in on a Monday and was told it would take a few days to inspect it and replace the belt. A week later, I called for an update and was told they were busy but would get to it that afternoon or the next day. Another week went by with no update, so I called again. The Honda Sheridan team went above and beyond to sort out my bike on a cross-country trip. I turned up unannounced on my BMW which had developed an issue. Despite not having BMW diagnostics equipment, the great mechanics figured out likely causes and fixed it. The whole team was so accommodating and a real pleasure to work with. Thanks to them we were able to complete the trip without further issues.

I took my Honda in and told them the tumblers wore out in my ignition. They said well bring it down. Then they charged me $170.00 plus.to say yes your tumblers are worn out. Then take it back and almost a thousand.To replace it. Then they gave me 3 generic keys and my broken key fob. They said ya we programmed it to your broken key fob. Wth......

It was fine until we didn’t get approved for the cheaper car we were trying to get. Dax came and told us we didn’t get approved for the Fit but we did get approved for this random Toyota we didn’t want, didn’t see, didn’t ask about, and that cost 3x as much. We said no and left. On our way back to our car one of the other sales people chased us down to once again try and sell us on the Toyota. We had to tell her no several times.

This dealership is a frustrating place to do business. I bought my honda civic here with 18 miles on it. This is the only shop that has ever looked at or did any service work on it. A change of tires and a phone call to the dealership. Kayla informed me today it was noted my rear bushing was going out. She also told me. They felt I didn't need to know. There mechanics would keep an eye on it. THEY TOLD ME I DIDN'T NEED TO KNOW!!! You and your family don't need to know when your vehicle shows wear on a part. Let that sink in ... read more
