We’ve now reached the two-year anniversary of moving into our Sheridan Home-built house in Norman, and we could not be more disappointed with how they’ve handled warranty issues. Sheridan Homes has failed to honor their one-year builder’s warranty, despite repeated requests and ample documentation. This is just one example out of several unresolved problems.
