I had a wonderful experience working with Sheridan Group. The staff is super helpful and really care about their customers. Not only was customizing and ordering a breeze, but the chair was ready earlier than expected and arrived in perfect condition. 10/10 recommend! Will definitely be ordering from them again!

I contacted this place via email to purchase a Herman Miller Aeron chair. Jennifer Torres responded to my email and she was very unhelpful. I sent the exact chair and specifications asking for a quote, but she insisted on having me provide all sorts of information before I was comfortable purchasing from the Sheridan Group. She wouldn’t help me until I provided my place of work, name, contact information, and shipping address.
