This is the ABSOLUTE best crew. Dr. Fehlauer typically cares for my eyes and he is wonderful - Kind, thoughtful, thorough and patient. Today, I had a horrible sensation of a scratch or foreign body in my eye. Dr. Hoffman made room to see me right away (during a holiday week when I know he and his team are incredibly busy). He took care of my problem immediately and got me in and out and on my way in a flash. We are lucky to have such wonderful providers in Sheridan!
Fabulous service by both front desk, assistant, and doctor! They always go above and beyond :)
I had an eye emergency on a Saturday, and my regular eye care place wasn’t open. Their message refers people to urgent care. I felt an optometrist would be better suited to my issue. Sheridan Eyecare was able tofit me in that day, and I had an appointment with Dr. Tim Lehauer. He was amazing! He treated me in a kind, compassionate manner, but better than that, I considered him to be knowledgeable and trustworthy. What a terrific experience!
Dr. Jill Miller is a treasure. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and through, she’s a delight to deal with. The rest of the staff are all pleasant and efficient, feeling like a family.
