Had to wait 45 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time. They billed my insurance incorrectly and it took them months to correct it. Will be looking for a new pcp.
I like this place mission and wanted to make it work multiple times. Unfortunately, 3 out 5 or 6 visits have been unsatisfying and evermore, the last one was disappointing. Hopefully they improve over time
1) The nurse for one of the doctors at Sheridan made a mistake on the Quantity Limit Suggestion form required by my insurance to cover more than half of the dose. Yes, this is bullshit from my new insurance. But because the nurse gave a wrong answer on the form, I've had to pay out of pocket for half of the prescription since March. 2) My GP doesn't feel comfortable renewing my anti-depressant for a year. Said she would do it for a month until I could make an appointment with a "Behavioral Health Support Team" member. Appare... read more
I had came in to this clinic for therapy for my c-PTSD, severe anxiety, and depression. The staff were very unprofessional, cold and honestly made me feel more of a bother than anything. Id recommend going somewhere else if you have REAL problems, cause this location will only make you feel worse.
