1) The nurse for one of the doctors at Sheridan made a mistake on the Quantity Limit Suggestion form required by my insurance to cover more than half of the dose. Yes, this is bullshit from my new insurance. But because the nurse gave a wrong answer on the form, I've had to pay out of pocket for half of the prescription since March. 2) My GP doesn't feel comfortable renewing my anti-depressant for a year. I had came in to this clinic for therapy for my c-PTSD, severe anxiety, and depression. The staff were very unprofessional, cold and honestly made me feel more of a bother than anything. Id recommend going somewhere else if you have REAL problems, cause this location will only make you feel worse.

I used to work as a mail carrier before and we were able to get a doctor's note limiting our hours to 40 per week, else USPS would force carriers to work 12 hours a day, 6 and maybe even 7 days a week (literally).
