Sheri did a wonderful job assisting me with the sale of my deceased friend's condo. She took care of everything - clearing out, cleaning, staging, minor fixes and photos - all within a few days, saving me having to travel to WA (from Oregon, where I live). She explained all the escrow steps and kept me updated. I am inexperienced with real estate issues and Sheri was very supportive.
We purchased property from out of State and the seller was also out of state so it took detailed communication to close on the property. The property we purchased had its challenges due to being agricultural property and rural. Sheri walked us through each step providing valuable information through the process. Sheri is an amazing agent with excellent communication skills and a highly positive person. We would highly recommend Sheri for any real estate purchases.
