Dr Ho is a great family physician taking care of our entire family’s health being for over a decade. She provides comprehensive and holistic evaluation and treatment that benefit all aspects of our health including my thyroid issue since she is a MD specializing in endocrinology. I like a precessional doctor who is genuinely caring and transparent.
This review is specifically for the wonderful acupuncture I received from Dr. Michelle, who works at this office. I had been desperate for a long time for someone to help me feel better and Dr. Michelle listened to my concerns and tried a few different things until she found the PERFECT combination of acupuncture meridians for my body and my needs. My wife had acute hives and she went to see Dr. Ho. I was expecting her to give her Kenalog shot. Instead she upsold my wife 3 bottles of Chinese herbal capsule for $90. My wife came home and her hives got worsen that she had to see a dermatologist the next day... You don't give Chinese medicine for acute hives, period.
1 star because there is nothing available less than this. Had a very bad experience. They are open till 5 pm on weekdays; I called them well before that around 3:30pm to confirm my refills to my Pharmacy. All they had to do was to say yes or no over the phone to Pharmacy. The staff said Dr had left for the day; we don’t have her phone number to contact her.
