I am disgusted at your professionalism. 16 minutes late no show. That is NOT the oath of a professional therapist. What professional no shows without warning?? I will absolutely disoute any charges if any occurs, and report to your higher ups. Where is your oath? This is why people hate therapy. Untrustworthy providers who claim to care, but don’t have a lick of ration, or fairness 9:00 am. 9 am was the time. 9:16 am i HAVE to call to Thriveworks to cancel on HER behalf as a no show.
