I had my first Neuromuscular Therapy appointment with Sheri, and am really looking forward to doing it again! This is not a relaxing, maybe-I-can-get-a-nap-in kind of experience, but the after effects are amazing. Sheri is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything as she’s working.
