Horrible medical staff uncaring and disrespectful. Veryy disappointing
Absolutely the best!! Moved here from out of state & had difficulty finding quality healthcare, until I saw Dr. Cheng! She is amazing! Takes time with her patients, listens, and I never felt rushed! She explained things to me, answered all of my questions & made me feel comfortable! So glad I was fortunate enough to get an apt with her! Made this transition to Indy a bit easier!
Been going to her for 4+ years, and she's fantastic. She listens well, seems to genuinely care, and she will go over all your data with a fine toothed comb. She's been great, and my wife just switched and became her patient too. I was shocked to see a few low reviews. Almost all of them are due to time-related issues, and even billing. People need to realize that it's not the doctor's fault if they're running behind schedule due to a sick or injured patient coming in. Had to switch doctors after my former doctor was no longer able to see patients, and have been extremely happy with this Doctor and the care team at this office.
