I would like to front load that MOST of the front staff are kind and try to be helpful and the female physician and ultrasound tech were lovely. Unfortunately, the individual that one has to check out with is very rude and unhelpful. That said, I would not have even wasted my time or another thought on her, but I do feel that I need to warn others about the billing department here. I have been told for over 5 years that I have an aortic aneurysm, after numerous mris, ultrasounds etc at a different local hospital facility.This was my first trip to this doctor and he tells me he's not so sure. Do aneurysms disappear?
