I would like to front load that MOST of the front staff are kind and try to be helpful and the female physician and ultrasound tech were lovely. Unfortunately, the individual that one has to check out with is very rude and unhelpful. I have been told for over 5 years that I have an aortic aneurysm, after numerous mris, ultrasounds etc at a different local hospital facility.This was my first trip to this doctor and he tells me he's not so sure. Do aneurysms disappear?

Unprofessional staff. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time, meanwhile I could hear the assistants/front desk laughing about the contents of a patient’s chart. This was very rude and violation of HIPPA. I asked if they would be able to just tell me my results over the phone because I didn’t have the time or $40 to pay for the visit. They told me the best they could do was bill me. I feel like my time and money was wasted just for the doctor to tell me that I needed compression socks.
