I had a fantastic experience with Sheren Plumbing Services. Jon came out the same day I called and fixed my water heater efficiently. He was very informative, explaining everything he was doing in detail, which I appreciated. The price was also very reasonable. I will definitely be using Sheren for all my future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!
Fisher came out and did a maintenance check on my ac unit. He was very knowledgeable and enjoyable. Sheren has been my furnace, ac and plumbing provider for years and their quality of work is exceptional.

Had a good experience with the technician. However, it was all ruined by Dawn (the secretary). There was a mistake on billing (made by Dawn), and she refused to own up to it. I've used Sheren in the past, and have always had great experiences. I've also had to deal with Dawn in the past, which has been fine. But the moment something went wrong (on Dawn's end), she became accusatory and argumentative. Absolutely outstanding service all around! These guys made a great first impression and we will absolutely be repeat customers as the need arises. DTE stopped by today to replace our gas meter at no cost at their own request, couldn’t get our water heater started again after they were done, told us we’d have to contact an HVAC company ourselves to get it started up again, then up and left essentially leaving us with no help and no hot water.
