Sheren did a superb job repairing our furnace. They were here 2 hours after I called and diagnosed within about 15 minutes. Their technician had located the parts and scheduled replacement the next morning within 30 minutes of leaving our house on his way back to their facility. They sent proper technicians with all the correct tools and testers to change out the heat exchangers - not an easy job. I had a fantastic experience with Sheren Plumbing Services. Jon came out the same day I called and fixed my water heater efficiently. He was very informative, explaining everything he was doing in detail, which I appreciated. The price was also very reasonable. I will definitely be using Sheren for all my future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!
