This was hands down the hardest appointment Ive ever had to make. Im still devastated by losing my cat Harry however, the people at Sherbrooke Heights were incredible. I think i called 3 or 4 times and each time Heather had nothing but patience and kindness. the most caring and generous clinic ive been to. they were happy to work within my budget, saw me and my dog promptly even as a new client and were not pushy or overbearing at all. ive never felt so comfortable at a clinic and i couldn’t recommend them more. i will be using them for all my animals upcoming services!
They treat this place like a real funeral home. Every animal I’ll ever have will come here for appointments and euthanasia. They handle the animals like children. So beautiful and thankful that they’re in this community.
We would like to thank all of the staff at Sherbrooke Heights Animal Hospital. Our family went through one of the hardest decisions regarding our beloved Walter, and the staff were truly amazing.
