I have my family doctor here and it always takes forever to be seen, even with an appointment I always have to wait at least 30 minutes and sometimes even an hour for a scheduled appointment. The wait times are crazy, I don’t know why they are never following the schedule. It is also extremely hard to reach the medical center by phone, most of the time they don’t pick up so I have to go all the way there in person to be able to schedule an appointment. My experience has been that this clinic is disorganized. It is sad because the doctors are all genuinely nice and seem very good and helpful, but you have to get past reception to benefit from their doctors, and that is an administrative catastrophe.
Here’s an idea - maybe your receptionists shouldn’t make fun of a patient’s pronouns where everybody in the waiting can hear
