I wish I can give a zero star for yall to be charging my card $10 and $6 and $2 and $1 that’s is very unprofessional I will not be coming here again after she told me she would give me free parking yall need to communicate better!!!
The hotel itself is nice and clean, but the employee staff is an absolute nightmare. I stayed on the 28th of December and checked out on the 29th. Upon checking in the desk agent was very polite, he informed me that I would get one free parked car for the night and to register my vehicle I needed to scan a QR code. He proceeded to hand me a card with this QR code on it. The Bonvoy App said parking was $30 a day. When we arrived we had to pay $184 for 2 days of self parking. That's $92 a day. Front desk said there was nothing they could do. But there is something I can do. Not stay at this mid ass hotel again. There are 4 other hotels on this block.
The rooms are great, but the tvs and channels are super outdated. Takes 8 seconds to turn channels and they only have 3 channels that don’t constantly play commercials.
