Hello, good afternoon. I had a terrible experience at your hotel. The service was absolutely awful. I made my reservation a week in advance by phone, requesting two adjoining rooms. They confirmed this, and when I arrived at the hotel, they told me they couldn't give me the rooms I requested because they were no longer available. They said they did have rooms, but not adjoining ones. The reception staff were incredibly incompetent and unable to help or make me feel comfortable. Lovely place to stay. Aurora made our visit spectacular and got everything we needed squared away very quickly. Lovely little hotel with lovely staff.
Had to change rooms twice, but very understanding staff
Great location. Terrible customer service (front desk staff was so unhelpful, rude and would look me up and down every time I walked in as if I didn’t belong or was not a guest here). I came down three times for requests or assistance and they acted as if I were a burden. The daily parking rate was expensive, yet the lighting in the lot was spotty. Worst Sheraton I’ve ever been to in my life!
So happy to have chosen this place and with DEFINITELY come back!! We came for our wedding anniversary and Aurora was BEYOND AMAZING! She ended up upgrading us and sent a dessert as a congratulations! She was so kind and we ended up talking for like 10 minutes. Thank you so much, you made our trip!
