All staff is really cortegeus and professional clean rooms excellent service. Special thanks to front Desk( Bessy ) excellent communication and skills you ROCK keep it like that.
As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member and Marriott owner, I was disappointed with the service I received from Betsy. There was a lack of attention to detail, and simple requests, including extra towels, were not properly addressed. I hope this feedback encourages better listening and follow-through with guests in the future.
Average Marriott in a not very good location. A couple blocks down from an hourly hotel. Onsite parking is patrolled and now I know why. Renaissance across the highway is a much better option.
The hotel rooms okay not for the price though and we had to pay $30 for parking which was ridiculous.
