Just remodeled, fabulous rooms and you can walk to Costco and dinner

Saw at least 8 roaches in our room in one night and the couch bed is so uncomfortable the other two in our room sleep on the floor instead.
MOST DIFFICULT, FRUSTRATING AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN TRYING TO BOOK A ROOM AND USE MY STARWOOD POINTS. CREDIT CARD CHARGED FOR ROOM THAT WAS CANCELLED AND SHERATON WILL NOT REFUND.
