Es un gran hotel pero antiguo el aire acondicionado suena muy fuerte.

I am giving a low review for this place because when I called to make a reservation I was sent through this long less then elaborate computer system before being sent to a real person who promptly hung up on me. When I called back I was told this was the only way to make a reservation. I will likely stay at a competitor hotel who has a better system and wont leave me frustrated.
