This was our first stay here!! The breakfast is great the servers there are amazing!! Mario and Salvador are the best they made sure all our breakfast needs were met and then some!! Our room was cleaned every day and kept nice and cool from when we returned from a long hot day at Disneyland!!!
I want to give a heartfelt shoutout to the incredible staff here, especially Shayla and the food and beverage team, for going above and beyond to create a truly magical moment for our friends during their Disney vacation. Poor service and bad experience
Rooms are great, comfortable beds. However, the club room breakfast leaves a bit to be desired. Limited seating, always out of drip coffee. No trays to bring things to your room . With no availability for seating that is your only option.
We had a very bad experience during our stay, and service was very poor. Not recommend what so ever, and the cleaning service dont clean your room every day yiu have to go to the reception and request for your room to be clean and the staff had a bad attitude towards us.
