Sheraton Kauai Resort Renovation Update as of 6/2/2011 -- On July 15th the new oceanfront pool and pool side restaurant will open. On July 30th the newly refurbished ocean lobby will be ready.
Currently under renovation, so a Tom of stuff is free, like breakfast, Mai tais and snorkel rentals
If your hungry, the hummus is good, but their overpriced pizza tastes like it came out of a cheap box and thrown into the microwave. Eat elsewhere if possible.
Late flight but early checkout? This hotel has a "hospitality room" for guests who have recently checked out where you can shower after spending the day at the pool/beach. Perfect!!

beautiful location with a great beach. dining isn't excellent, but the rest makes up for it.
Try to upgrade to beachside room, waking up in the morning and stepping into sand is priceless
Go to complete history of America show! Super funny! Includes dinner at shells
Can't recommend the Oasis bar & grill, sadly the only place here for lunch after 1:30pm. Prices & service - not good.
