This place is run down. It’s old and it shows. It’s not dirty per se, but the rooms are really worn and it’s badly in need of a renovation. Scuffs, scratches, tears in fabric, baseboard trim all scuffed, old dirty outlets, old furniture, dark brown everything. Chips in the woodwork, little things broken in need of repair, etc. It’s like when you buy a house that has “good bones” but needs a top to bottom facelift. I’ve stayed in worse places, but this hotel is a tired property.

This is just a very sad hotel. It’s in dire need of an upgrade. All people working at the hotel are very nice and are trying very hard, but there is only so much they can do. Please do a major remodel

We've been with no heat or hot water in our room for almost 3 days while they're all cozy and warm at the front desk. People at the front desk are rude and mean. The rooms are very outdated for the money you pay and dirty. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! NOT WORTH A PENNY!

Very outdated hotel, hot water hasn’t worked for the 24 hours I’ve been here, outside temp is 6 degrees. Front desk said last night they would fix the hot water, nothing was fixed. The front desk does not pick up the phone. Dirty used rags still hanging in the shower. Handset phone in room phone does not work. Do not recommend
