I booked my stay for 5/1-2 on 2/27 for a room with two double beds for my daughter and I. On 4/28 they hotel called asking if I would switch to a single king room for the same price. I politely declined. On 4/29 I got the same call and politely declined once again. On 4/30 I received a call that my double room was no longer available and that I would need to take the king. Don’t stay here unless you want to make friends with ants! Room was on the 4th floor and had ants all over the desk the morning of our second day. Told the front desk and seemed like they used bleach on something while we were out. Well, morning of day three and just had an ant climbing down my face IN BED and ants are still on desk. Room is dirty, window pane is completely discolored. Honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, front desk, housekeeping and the restaurant employees! Beds are lush, soft mattresses, good pillows fluffy comforters. Breakfast was great- plenty of fresh fruit, a variety of cereals, pastries, oatmeal, pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, juices. Rooms are slightly dated but functional and comfy
