Services was amazing & front desk was really helpful
Nice hotel in a great location. However, there were fruit flies everywhere! I thought it was just in the 'Down Under' bar but they were all over the lower lever of the hotel. Obviously they need to do some cleaning.
Most amazing hotel we have ever stayed at. Staff is so kind and friendly. Every one was so welcoming. Rooms were absolutely awesome and very spacious for our family. Thank you for a great first time experience at a Sheraton!
This was a very nice place, clean and well kept. I enjoyed my stay.
We had an upper balcony that was just a joke. A tall four ft cement wall and ZERO furniture. Sit on the floor? What was the purpose? It just felt run down even though has been upgraded. Not one employee was proud to work there. I had just came from the Music City Sheraton in Nashville and expected more consistency.
