Our recent stay (Tues. Aug.24 - Thurs. Aug.26) at the Springhill Suites in Asheville, NC was special this summer. That's because "Pat", Breakfast Hostess, was not only cheerful & courteous, but she had a surprise for us each morning = warm grits with freshly shredded cheddar cheese! Being from the North (Chicago) this was the first time we ever enjoyed that delicious entree for breakfast. "Thank you" Pat.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard in Monrovia, I was there for a short weekend retreat. At this particular location I recieved what I believe was the best serviceI had ever recieved from a hotel. The staff there was professional and well trained. Kudos to the mangers. The two that made my stay more enjoyable were Leslie and Bennie, with there knowledge of the area I always had something to do. Thanks again, I definitely will return.
I give this hotel 5 stars. The whole property is very well trained and caring. The front desk in particular is great, it seems as if they knew what I wanted before I even asked. Loretta was very nice and gave me plenty of information about the city, Porshe was great as well she was very nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay I will come back again because of the customer service is fantastic.
