I absolutely love staying at the Sheraton Columbia Downtown Hotel. Every time I’m in Columbia, this is where I stay because the experience is consistently incredible. The level of customer service here is truly top tier. The valet team is always welcoming and professional, and the rooftop staff are fantastic, but what really makes this hotel special is the front desk team. Nice, comfortable room in a great location. We'll stay here again.
Cool spot. Our room was small but cozy. Valet, front desk, executive level lounge(Jeffersson), and the Martina bar staff(Christine) were just incredible.
I had an amazing stay here. Every staff member was great and went above and beyond. The location is unbeatable, the property is very clean, great water pressure, comfy beds. What more could you ask for?
