I took my elderly mom overnight to the hotel to treat her to a night away from her normal life. The hotel was very loud, with little to no noise insulation. The rooms were very small, and could use some updating, as well as some cleaning, specifically their ceilings as there were black spots on ours. Parking was 33 dollars a day, and the metered parking only allowed for two hours at a time. The bright spot was the staff; they were all amazing, kind, and accommodating. Refined, quiet and charming hotel when staying in Columbia. Smartly appointed spacious rooms & bathrooms with large windows and good lighting. Excellent and quiet temperature controls in rooms, and NOT humid. Warm and lovely staff all excellently trained!! Spotlessly clean and tidy throughout, Good quick elevators.
