Front Desk Rep. , is Amazing! We had a great time at the Sheraton hotel and it was mainly due to the excellent service by Ms Camille! She gave us happiness, friendly & professional service, while making great recommendations that made our trip even better. Hope she gets a raise. Also Kurt , Nesheba & Mya were just as great. Very pleasant & make sure our party was taken care of. Thank you all.
We had construction going on, on the other side of the street, right outside our room. At 5:30am workers were unloading a semi-truck trailer. Lots of banging.
Amazing old hotel. Was a former bank with an amazing location in Downtown Columbia. Unfortunately for frequent travelers, Marriott will treat all of you with a low key, low quality breakfast in the Marriott lounge. I am not sure why the most loyal customers are treated this way.
