Honestly worst experience at a dentist ever. First, my appointment wasn’t accounted for that I booked through Zoc Doc and when I got there they called me as I was about to walk in and said I couldn’t be seen. I then go ahead to book another appointment not taking that as a sign and when I get to the appointment they said they hadn’t put my insurance through yet and wanted me to pay in advance and would reimburse me once it goes through. Today was my first time visiting this dentist office, and they were beyond great from the moment I got there. Natalie at the front desk was super awesome and patient and really helped me out with evey question that I had as far as coverage. This was appreciated more than she knows! And my doctor was outstanding as well! I really feel like she cared! Every staff member there was professional and made me feel welcome! The owner even said thank you as I saw her on my way out!
Professional, friendly and thorough. This is a great dental office— the entire staff is courteous. I came in with a tooth issue that was addressed immediately. I was impressed by how attentive the staff is. Highly recommend this dental practice.
Dr. Gispert is the best I went in for a root canal did not feel a thing I fell asleep during the procedure it was quick and painless . She explained and walked me through the procedure the whole time definitely recommend
