As usual they were right on time with our Kubota support needs, even in the middle of harvest season we had a qualified mechanic on site next day
I would give a zero rating if I could. I dropped off a 201t that was dropped and needed a new handle. Paid $180 picked up the saw, and it didn't work. Won't start mechanic never tried to start it. Gave it back and was called a couple of days later, saying it needed a new ignition module. One week to order 2 more weeks, no saw. I go to pick it up to take it to another mechanic. The owner comes out with my 201t in pieces in a box. And says everything is there. My company will absolutely never do business with this company ever... read more
