I have been going to the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Day Program at Sheppard Pratt (Frederick location) for a month now and I really like it. My favorite groups are Recovery Bible, Journaling, Affirmations, Music Bingo, and Crafts. The staff who run the program and the staff who come to my home to assist me are lovely and very helpful. The drivers are also lovely and fun to talk to. My favorite part of the day is playing cards and games with my new friends in the program.
