ZERO stars or better NEGATIVE stars. A Monday through Friday stay during which time I witnessed 1 patient allowed to terrorize the unit. I observed this patient physically assault another, take things from other patients, throw furniture and food. On day 2, I confined myself to my assigned room fearing my safety. The environment was seemingly out of control and NOT in anyway conducive to healing. It was infact TRAUMATIC. Sad the people come for help and have this type of experience instead.
Made some good friends but ended up coming out worse than I did when I went in. My room had no lights for a few days and the staff weren‘t very good. I hated the rules for calling family/visitation and overall the atmosphere was just very depressing.
