Adam, Matt and Rich were very friendly, helpful and patient with the many questions my husband had for them before we purchased our new Passat. Amazing dealership. Very friendly and welcoming without feeling like sharks were swarming. Everyone seemed happy and there to help. Teresa helped us and was very sweet, and professional. Buying from Sheppard Motors has been a nightmare. I wish I would have noticed the red flags with this dealership before it was too late.
