awful experience. I booked an appointment to get my tail light fixed in about three weeks. they took down the model of my vw car when I made the appointment. three weeks later I show up to my appointment, they quote me $30, just to find out they dont have the part in stock and it'll be $360 to order. they knew what car i had, they should have known what part it needed and ordered it when I made my appointment. I had to wait 1hr 15mins just for them to tell me they couldn't fix it. I'm outraged.
