Receptionist has a bad attitude!! Not good for working in customer service. Dr. Shepperd is super nice!!

The kids & I had a great first visit. Dr. Sheppard and the staff were super nice. I really appreciated how they took time with the kids (esp. for my youngest) to let them know what they were doing. Highly recommend Sheppard Dental!
The staff and Dr. Sheppard are very nice, helpful and thoughtful for all your needs. I have to admit it I hated going to the dentist but Dr. Sheppard and her staff have made my dental visits very pleasant. Would recommend them to anyone.
At first we were torn on whether to take our children to a Pediatric Dentist or to let them go where we go. My favorite dentist I have had in my adult life and my children adore everyone in the office. It is so convenient to our neighborhood and on the way to the kids' school. Thanks a lot for such wonderful service and we will see you again soon!
