RecommendedBefore I started this most recent health and fitness journey I started going to Dr Sheppard. I credit my ability to start again to him. It's hard to get started when your body hurts, you're tired and achy every day. Once I started to feel the benefits I joined WW (again) and started working out. My quality of like has improved 100% Thank you !!
Sheppard Chiropractic has worked with me in the past to help with migraines and did wonders for them. I fell off the bandwagon (for over a year 😬) but now at 39 weeks pregnant I was in serious need of help. I woke up sore and my back and hips progressively got worse through the day. I could barely function. I got adjusted this morning and let me tell you, I feel like a new person. I have very little to no pain, and can actually pick my toddler up and function again. I cannot thank them enough! Highly recommend!

I have to drive 40 minutes to get to Dr. Joe, but it is worth every minute! He is very caring and gentle when he does the adjustments. He takes time to listen to what is bothering you and you never feel rushed. I highly recommend him!
After a diagnosis from my ortho doctor, I went to Dr. Sheppard for a second opinion. Boy am I glad that I did. After x-rays showed the root of my pain, Dr. Sheppard adjusted my neck and the pain was gone. While it might not fix everyone's alignments, it was definately worth looking into.

I love Dr Joe and his staff. I have been going to his practice for years and always had all of my adjustment needs met. He is very thorough and ALWAYS is compassionate to his patients and their pain.
Dr Sheppard and his staff are awesome. They've helped me rehab from a couple injuries and Doc keeps my bad back up and running. HIGHLY recommend
