Sheppard Automotive did a fantastic job with our older vehicle. After moving here a few years ago, we have had a rough time finding a quality mechanic at a reasonable price in the area. When my truck broke down, they fixed it and gave me a ride home, and replaced my starter among other things. It began working only intermittently within a couple months. When I took it back in, despite my explanation of what was happening, they said it was loose connections, but tried to get me to do a few hundred dollars of other work. My starter eventually failed and I replaced it myself. They had installed a starter remanufactured in Mexico, and installing a new one solved my problem.
