Sheppard Automotive did a fantastic job with our older vehicle. After moving here a few years ago, we have had a rough time finding a quality mechanic at a reasonable price in the area. We are so happy to have been able to work with Milt and will be bringing our car back here. Milt and his team were very efficient and provided quality service. When my truck broke down, they fixed it and gave me a ride home, and replaced my starter among other things. It began working only intermittently within a couple months. When I took it back in, despite my explanation of what was happening, they said it was loose connections, but tried to get me to do a few hundred dollars of other work. My starter eventually failed and I replaced it myself. They had installed a starter remanufactured in Mexico, and installing a new one solved my problem.
