Shepherds Shelter is an amazing program It is life changing to anyone who is willing to accept Christ into their life. I am now approaching 2 years of sobriety after going through this program. It has not only turned everything around in my life I would go as far as saying it saved me from myself and the life I settled for in addiction. Shepherds Shelter /Ross Rehab is a place where people can find lasting recovery from substance use disorder. They really care for all their residents and will stick with them long enough to give them a firm foundation in life.

Very unprofessional, they say leave a message and never deliver them. If you call and ask a question the little girl answering the phones hangs up on you, mind you I have not been rude nor called with the question before so I was not harassing them. They have a client in care that had a death in the family and refuses him calls to his family so he has no idea and it's been over a week. Do better! And fire the lady over the incoming calls because she is ridiculous.
